Thirty-Three Quality Coordinators within HUCSK get certified
The Ministry of Health, in cooperation with the Hospital and University Clinical Service of Kosovo (HUCSK), and with the support of its strategic partner, Integrated Health Services (IHS) project, organized for the first time a training for quality coordinators within HUCSK.
The four-day training successfully achieved its predefined objectives by strengthening the theoretical and practical capacities of quality officers to design and initiate the implementation of the Quality Management System within hospital healthcare institutions. As this activity is being introduced for the first time at the tertiary healthcare level, it represents an important step towards strengthening a higher-quality and more reliable healthcare system.
Through this training, 33 quality coordinators were certified, with the aim of improving the quality of healthcare services, increasing patient safety, and strengthening professional capacities in hospital care.
The Ministry of Health remains committed to raising standards and providing the highest possible quality services to citizens.
