Plans Underway to Enhance Quality Management at Hospital Level
On 14 February 2024, the IHS team met with the management of the General Hospitals in Gjakova and Peja to proactively continue working on quality management at hospital level care.
The agenda centered around forthcoming activities aimed at bolstering the hospitals’ Quality Management System. The collaborative efforts underscore the hospital’s commitment to elevating standards of care, ensuring patient safety, and optimizing healthcare delivery.
A series of activities with teams from both hospitals under the guidance of international experts are planned for March, and these two meetings laid the groundwork for these essential activities.
