IHS Organizes Training on Advocacy Communication for Partner Organization

On 10 and 11 September 2025, representatives from the Chamber of Nurses, Midwives and Other Health Professionals of Kosovo (CoNK) have successfully completed a two-day training on content development and digital tools for advocacy. The training, organized by the Integrated Health Services (IHS) project equipped participants with practical skills in strategic writing, visual storytelling, social media campaigning, and advanced techniques for newsletter creation.

Addressing the participants, CoNK President Ms. Nexhmije Gori highlighted the importance of the program: “I highly value this training organized by IHS, as it empowers us with new skills for advocacy through communication. It helps us be more effective in representing our profession and in defending citizens’ rights to quality healthcare. With this knowledge, we are better prepared to influence health policies and to raise our voice in a professional and powerful way.”

The program combined interactive writing labs, peer feedback, and content mapping with practical sessions on digital tools such as Canva and Mailchimp. By the conclusion, participants had produced draft articles, visuals, and mini-campaigns to strengthen CoNK’s advocacy outreach.
