Me rolin e vet fasilitues, projekti IHS fuqizon koordinimin nd\u00ebrmjet nivelit t\u00eb mjek\u00ebsis\u00eb familjare dhe spitaleve t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme, duke mund\u00ebsuar shfryt\u00ebzimin efektiv t\u00eb udh\u00ebzuesve klinik\u00eb dhe duke siguruar rezultatet e q\u00ebndrueshme p\u00ebr proceset e zhvillimit t\u00eb partner\u00ebve. Asistenc\u00ebn humanitare Zvicra e ka nisur n\u00eb vitin 1998, k\u00ebshtu bashk\u00ebpunimi nd\u00ebrmjet Zvicr\u00ebs dhe\nKosov\u00ebs gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb zhvendosur drejt proceseve q\u00eb mb\u00ebshtesin reformat.
