Gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs maj 2025 \u2013 prill 2026, ky program u ka mund\u00ebsuar pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve t\u00eb forcojn\u00eb njohurit\u00eb dhe shkatht\u00ebsit\u00eb e tyre n\u00eb planifikimin strategjik n\u00eb sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsi, udh\u00ebheqje, sistemin e menaxhimit t\u00eb cil\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe auditimin klinik, monitorim dhe vler\u00ebsim, si dhe menaxhim t\u00eb burimeve.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Moduli i fundit, treditor, i mbajtur nga 31 marsi deri m\u00eb 2 prill dhe i ligj\u00ebruar nga tre trajner\u00eb t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm, u fokusua n\u00eb prokurim, burime njer\u00ebzore dhe menaxhim financiar n\u00eb sektorin e sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb, duke v\u00ebn\u00eb theksin te qasjet praktike p\u00ebr menaxhimin e burimeve t\u00eb kufizuara, duke p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e kujdesit. Gjat\u00eb sesioneve u trajtuan tema ky\u00e7e si proceset e prokurimit publik, planifikimi i fuqis\u00eb pun\u00ebtore n\u00eb spitale dhe vendimmarrja strategjike financiare. Pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit u angazhuan n\u00eb raste studimore, pun\u00eb n\u00eb grupe dhe simulime, me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb identifikimit t\u00eb joefikasitetit dhe optimizimit t\u00eb shp\u00ebrndarjes s\u00eb burimeve p\u00ebr rezultate m\u00eb t\u00eb mira p\u00ebr pacient\u00ebt.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nj\u00eb v\u00ebmendje e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb iu kushtua kujdesit sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor t\u00eb bazuar n\u00eb vler\u00eb, duke i nxitur pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit t\u00eb shqyrtojn\u00eb se si vendimet ndikojn\u00eb n\u00eb rrug\u00ebtimin e pacientit dhe n\u00eb ofrimin e sh\u00ebrbimeve.
