Trajnimi b\u00ebri bashk\u00eb bashkoi klinicist\u00eb, infermier\u00eb, menaxher\u00eb dhe zyrtar\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar nj\u00eb grup t\u00eb ri udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsish t\u00eb auditit t\u00eb aft\u00ebsuar edhe m\u00eb tej p\u00ebr t\u00eb planifikuar, kryer dhe shp\u00ebrndar\u00eb audite klinike brenda institucioneve n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb sistemin. Programi ndihmon n\u00eb fuqizimin e shkatht\u00ebsive praktike p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb mjediset spitalore t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trajnimi u p\u00ebrqendrua n\u00eb ciklin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb auditit klinik, nga t\u00eb kuptuarit e parimeve dhe standardeve kryesore deri te zgjedhja e temave t\u00eb auditit, p\u00ebrcaktimi I objektivave, mbledhja dhe analizimi i t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave dhe zhvillimi i rekomandimeve t\u00eb zbatueshme. Pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit punuan p\u00ebrmes temave realiste p\u00ebr raste studimore duke aplikuar ushtrime praktike, duke prodhuar planifikim t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb cikleve t\u00eb auditit, me mjete p\u00ebr mbledhjen e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb afatet kohore t\u00eb shp\u00ebrndarjes gati p\u00ebr zbatim.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dita e par\u00eb hodhi themelet e kuptimit t\u00eb parimeve t\u00eb auditit klinik, nd\u00ebrsa dita e dyt\u00eb dhe e tret\u00eb thelluan aft\u00ebsit\u00eb n\u00eb analiz\u00ebn e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave, raportimin, angazhimin e pal\u00ebve t\u00eb interesit dhe trajnimin e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve.
