Pamja e p\u00ebrgjithshme ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb me sh\u00ebrbimin e ofruar popullatave q\u00eb kan\u00eb m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti nevoj\u00eb.\"<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diskutimet u p\u00ebrqendruan n\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e koordinimit midis niveleve t\u00eb sistemit sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor dhe p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e protokolleve t\u00eb ndarjes s\u00eb informacionit p\u00ebr t\u00eb ofruar kujdes m\u00eb efikas dhe efektiv.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\"Shk\u00ebmbimi i informacionit dhe reagimeve ndikon drejtp\u00ebrdrejt n\u00eb qasjen n\u00eb kujdes cil\u00ebsor dhe ndihmon n\u00eb uljen e mbingarkes\u00ebs\", tha Z. Niman Bardhi, Ministria e Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs. \u201cDuke ndar\u00eb p\u00ebrvoja n\u00eb takime si ky, ne mund t\u00eb identifikojm\u00eb mund\u00ebsi realiste dhe t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme p\u00ebr ofrimin e sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb p\u00ebrqendruara te pacienti, pasi qytetari mbetet n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha p\u00ebrpjekjeve.\u201d<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit shqyrtuan gjithashtu progresin n\u00eb Planin e Veprimit p\u00ebr menaxhimin e hipertensionit dhe diabetit n\u00eb komunat e Pej\u00ebs dhe Gjakov\u00ebs.
