M\u00eb 2 shtator 2025, Instituti Zviceran i Sh\u00ebndetit Publik dhe Mjek\u00ebsis\u00eb Tropikale (Swiss TPH) do t\u00eb organizoj\u00eb nj\u00eb simpozium nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar mbi Kujdesin e Integruar me n\u00eb qend\u00ebr njer\u00ebzit (IPCC). Simpoziumi sjell ekspert\u00eb nga akademia, kujdesi sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor, administrata publike dhe sektori privat dhe do t\u00eb p\u00ebrqendrohet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimit t\u00eb kujdesit ndaj pacientit dhe rezultateve t\u00eb trajtimit p\u00ebrmes qasjeve m\u00eb t\u00eb koordinuara dhe inovative.<\/p>

Me popullsin\u00eb n\u00eb plakje dhe barr\u00ebn n\u00eb rritje t\u00eb s\u00ebmundjeve kronike, sistemet sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore dhe sociale n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, ashtu si n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb bot\u00ebn, p\u00ebrballen me presion n\u00eb rritje. Simpoziumi do t\u00eb shqyrtoj\u00eb m\u00ebnyrat p\u00ebr t\u00eb kap\u00ebrcyer hendeqet midis kujdesit sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor dhe atij social, duke theksuar strategjit\u00eb q\u00eb sigurojn\u00eb q\u00eb pacient\u00ebt dhe familjet t\u00eb marrin mb\u00ebshtetje q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm efektive, por edhe e barabart\u00eb.<\/p>

Diskutimet do t\u00eb eksplorojn\u00eb modelet e integruara p\u00ebr menaxhimin e s\u00ebmundjeve kronike, p\u00ebrdorimin e mjeteve digjitale p\u00ebr t\u00eb forcuar koordinimin dhe perspektivat e pacient\u00ebve dhe ofruesve t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimeve mbi p\u00ebrvojat e tyre t\u00eb kujdesit. Programi p\u00ebrfshin seanca plenare, diskutime paralele mbi menaxhimin e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave, hulumtimin dhe politikat dhe p\u00ebrbyllet me reflektime nga p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e sistemit sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor.<\/p>
