M\u00eb 21 mars, projekti \u201cSh\u00ebrbimet Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore t\u00eb Integruara\u201d (IHS) organizoi takimin e par\u00eb t\u00eb Grupit t\u00eb Pun\u00ebs t\u00eb udh\u00ebhequr nga Ministria e Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb, i cili ka p\u00ebr detyr\u00eb hartimin e Planit t\u00eb Veprimit 2025\u20132026 p\u00ebr Vet\u00ebmenaxhimin e pacient\u00ebve me diabet dhe hipertension.<\/p>

N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb takim t\u00eb kryesuar nga Niman Bardhi nga Ministria e Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb, t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm ishin akter\u00ebt ky\u00e7, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit nga Asociacioni i Mjek\u00ebve Familjar t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e spitaleve t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme dhe Qendrave Kryesore t\u00eb Mjek\u00ebsis\u00eb Familjare t\u00eb Pej\u00ebs dhe Gjakov\u00ebs, Shoqata e Pacient\u00ebve me Diabet n\u00eb Pej\u00eb, Shoqata p\u00ebr t\u00eb Drejtat e Pacient\u00ebve n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, si dhe projektet IHS dhe AQH.<\/p>

Pjes\u00eb ky\u00e7e e takimit ishte prezantimi nga ekipi i Global CT p\u00ebr aplikacionin mobil p\u00ebr vet\u00ebmenaxhim q\u00eb po zhvillohet. Ekipi shpalosi p\u00ebrdit\u00ebsimet mbi ve\u00e7orit\u00eb e aplikacionit dhe faz\u00ebn e zbatimit t\u00eb tij.<\/p>
