Organizuar nga projekti Sh\u00ebrbime Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore t\u00eb Integruara (IHS) n\u00eb partneritet me Asociacionin e Gazetar\u00ebve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (AGK), trajnimi kishte p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim fuqizimin e kapaciteteve t\u00eb gazetar\u00ebve n\u00eb mbulimin mediatik t\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve t\u00eb kujdesit sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegjshme dhe efektive.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trajnimi q\u00eb b\u00ebri bashk\u00eb 20 gazetar\u00eb nga media t\u00eb ndryshme anemban\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, ofroi nj\u00eb diskutim t\u00eb thell\u00eb mbi sfidat dhe mund\u00ebsit\u00eb n\u00eb raportimin p\u00ebr kujdesin sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor. Pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit eksploruan aspektet psikologjike dhe ligjore t\u00eb raportimit, si dhe teknikat e avokimit dhe raportimit t\u00eb ngjarjeve, q\u00eb jan\u00eb thelb\u00ebsore p\u00ebr gazetari efektive sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Profesor Aliriza Ar\u00ebnliu udh\u00ebhoqi nj\u00eb sesion mbi faktor\u00ebt psikologjik\u00eb q\u00eb ndikojn\u00eb n\u00eb raportimin sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor dhe m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si gazetar\u00ebt mund t\u00eb kontribuojn\u00eb n\u00eb angazhim m\u00eb t\u00eb fuqish\u00ebm t\u00eb pacient\u00ebve n\u00eb vendimmarrjen p\u00ebr kujdesin sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor. Mark Kaqinari, Zyrtar i Lart\u00eb Ligjor n\u00eb Institucionin e Avokatit t\u00eb Popullit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, ofroi njohuri mbi kornizat ligjore q\u00eb rregullojn\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat e pacient\u00ebve dhe politikat e kujdesit sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor, duke theksuar r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e transparenc\u00ebs dhe qasjes s\u00eb barabart\u00eb n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimet e kujdesit sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00eb dit\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb, Alma Demiraj nga Lidhja e Gazetar\u00ebve t\u00eb Sh\u00ebndetit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri prezantoi rolin e mediave n\u00eb avokimin p\u00ebr sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe se si raportimi i ngjarjeve nga gazetar\u00ebt mund t\u00eb ndikoj\u00eb n\u00eb politikat publike.
