Organizuar n\u00ebn mb\u00ebshtetjen e Projektit IHS, pun\u00ebtoria mblodhi s\u00eb bashku an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e bordit t\u00eb PRAK-s\u00eb, stafin ekzekutiv dhe an\u00ebtar\u00ebt p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar vizionin e organizat\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb zhvilluar strategji vepruese p\u00ebr vitet n\u00eb vijim.<\/p><p>Pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit shqyrtuan dokumentet kryesore organizative, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb draftin e Strategjis\u00eb 2025-2029, struktur\u00ebn e rishikuar organizative dhe rregulloret e p\u00ebrdit\u00ebsuara t\u00eb hartuara p\u00ebr t\u00eb rritur transparenc\u00ebn, efikasitetin dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimin e pacient\u00ebve.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>\u201cKjo pun\u00ebtori sh\u00ebnoi nj\u00eb hap t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm n\u00eb rrug\u00ebtimin e transformimit t\u00eb PRAK-ut, duke e pajisur organizat\u00ebn me mjete dhe strategji t\u00eb fuqishme qeveris\u00ebse p\u00ebr t\u00eb avokuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb efektive p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtat e pacient\u00ebve dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar sistemet e kujdesit sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb\u201d, tha Agron Bytyqi, Drejtor Ekzekutiv, duke theksuar rolin e Projektit t\u00eb IHS-s\u00eb si mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebs kryesor i rritjes dhe transformimit t\u00eb PRAK-ut, duke ofruar burime dhe udh\u00ebzime q\u00eb fuqizojn\u00eb organizat\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur ndryshime t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme.<\/p><p>Ky bashk\u00ebpunim demonstron fuqin\u00eb e partneritetit n\u00eb shtytjen e p\u00ebrparimit dometh\u00ebn\u00ebs drejt nj\u00eb sistemi t\u00eb kujdesit sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor q\u00eb u jep p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi pacient\u00ebve.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PRAK Advances Governance and Strategic Planning The Patients\u2019 Rights Association in Kosovo (PRAK) has taken a major step forward in its institutional transformation through a two-day workshop on good governance and strategic planning for 2025-2029.
