Diskutimet e pun\u00ebtoris\u00eb sh\u00ebrbyen p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar q\u00eb q\u00ebllimet e strategjis\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00ebp\u00ebrcaktuara, praktike dhe me ndikim.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kryetarja e OIK, Nexhmije Gori, theksoi r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e pun\u00ebtoris\u00eb dhe nisi diskutimet duke rishikuar objektivat strategjike t\u00eb cilat tashm\u00eb jan\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb dakord. N\u00eb pun\u00ebtori mori pjes\u00eb edhe Niman Bardhi, i deleguar nga Ministria e Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, nj\u00ebher\u00ebsh an\u00ebtar i K\u00ebshillit Drejtues t\u00eb OIK-s\u00eb.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit trajtuan disa nga prioritetet m\u00eb urgjente p\u00ebr sektorin e infermieris\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Nj\u00eb fokus kryesor ishte forcimi i korniz\u00ebs legjislative t\u00eb OIK-s\u00eb, teksa pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit punuan p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrsosur treguesit kryesor\u00eb dhe aktivitetet e nevojshme p\u00ebr ta mb\u00ebshtetur at\u00eb. Nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr tem\u00eb qendrore ishte qeverisja, ku diskutimet u p\u00ebrqendruan n\u00eb at\u00eb se si t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsohet cil\u00ebsia e sh\u00ebrbimeve dhe t\u00eb kultivohet nj\u00eb udh\u00ebheqje m\u00eb e fort\u00eb institucionale.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Grupi hulumtoi m\u00ebnyra p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar p\u00ebrvojat e infermier\u00ebve p\u00ebrmes proceseve m\u00eb t\u00eb mira t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit, licencimit t\u00eb thjeshtuar dhe mund\u00ebsive t\u00eb zgjeruara p\u00ebr zhvillim t\u00eb vazhduesh\u00ebm profesional.
