Pacient\u00ebt ndan\u00eb p\u00ebrvojat e tyre n\u00eb format t\u00eb shk\u00ebmbimit t\u00eb rr\u00ebfimeve, duke ofruar perspektiv\u00eb autentike mbi sfidat me t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebrballen pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebt e komuniteteve rom, ashkali dhe egjiptian n\u00eb menaxhimin e diabetit. Rr\u00ebfimet e tyre personale nxit\u00ebn bashk\u00ebbisedimin me p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e institucioneve t\u00eb kujdesit sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor lidhur me hapat praktik\u00eb, t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatur p\u00ebr komunitetin, p\u00ebr ta p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar kujdesin ndaj diabetit.<\/p><p>Dita u mbyll me ushtrimin \"Muri i Zotimit\", ku t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb pranishmit u zotuan p\u00ebr veprime konkrete p\u00ebr ta promovuar kujdesin dhe mb\u00ebshtetjen m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb p\u00ebr diabetin brenda komuniteteve t\u00eb tyre.
