Nisma synon ta p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsoj\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e kujdesit sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor, ta p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsoj\u00eb efikasitetin dhe t\u00eb garantoj\u00eb sigurin\u00eb e pacientit.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ky Manual i ri p\u00ebr PSO-t\u00eb do t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb si nj\u00eb korniz\u00eb e standardizuar p\u00ebr praktikat e infermieris\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb sektorin e kujdesit sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb mjediset e kujdesit dyt\u00ebsor dhe atij tret\u00ebsor. Duke vendosur udh\u00ebzime t\u00eb qarta, manuali pritet t'i rris\u00eb ndjesh\u00ebm standardet e kujdesit, ta thjeshtoj\u00eb rrjedh\u00ebn e pun\u00ebs dhe t'i reduktoj\u00eb rreziqet n\u00eb trajtimin e pacientit.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Grupi punues p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet nga p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues nga Ministria e Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb, institucionet e tjera sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore n\u00eb vend dhe Shoqata e t\u00eb Drejtave t\u00eb Pacient\u00ebve n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.
