Mihai Horga, aktivitetet nj\u00ebjavore filluan me nj\u00eb rishikim t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb Termave t\u00eb Referenc\u00ebs s\u00eb Sekretariatit t\u00eb CPG-ve. Fokusi ishte n\u00eb identifikimin e roleve, p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsive dhe praktikave m\u00eb t\u00eb mira, si dhe adresimin e sfidave t\u00eb vazhdueshme me t\u00eb cilat \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrballur Sekretariati q\u00eb nga fillimi i tij, duke shtjelluar zgjidhje p\u00ebr t\u00eb rritur efektivitetin e p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm t\u00eb Sekretariatit.<\/p><p>N\u00eb nj\u00eb sesion q\u00eb mblodhi s\u00eb bashku n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb pal\u00ebt kryesore t\u00eb interesit, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues nga MSH-ja, IKSHP-ja, AQH-ja dhe IHS-ja, dr. Horga udh\u00ebhoqi nj\u00eb vler\u00ebsim t\u00eb thell\u00eb t\u00eb strategjive p\u00ebr zbatimin e CPG-ve. Diskutimet u p\u00ebrqendruan n\u00eb identifikimin e mb\u00ebshtetjes s\u00eb nevojshme p\u00ebr zbatimin e suksessh\u00ebm t\u00eb CPG-ve, adresimin e sfidave aktuale dhe zhvillimin e nj\u00eb plani t\u00eb fuqish\u00ebm veprimi.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>Misioni p\u00ebrfundoi me nj\u00eb rishikim gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebs t\u00eb programit t\u00eb Trajnimit t\u00eb Trajner\u00ebve (TT) p\u00ebr Udh\u00ebzuesit e Praktik\u00ebs Klinike s\u00eb bashku me \"Alumni\" t\u00eb TT dhe an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e Sekretariatit. Q\u00ebllimi i k\u00ebtij ushtrimi ishte vler\u00ebsimi i gjendjes aktuale t\u00eb programit, materialeve t\u00eb trajnimit dhe fushave p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsim.
