Ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht, themelimi i K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Pacient\u00ebve u theksua si nj\u00eb element jetik n\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e kujdesit ndaj pacient\u00ebve.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00eb Prizren, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e SDC-s\u00eb Laurent Torche, Merita Mustafa dhe Nicholas Jenny u angazhuan me bordin dhe an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e Shoqat\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb Drejtat e Pacient\u00ebve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (PRAK).
