Video, q\u00eb u lansua n\u00eb Dit\u00ebn Bot\u00ebrore t\u00eb Hipertensionit, synon t\u00eb d\u00ebrgoj\u00eb nj\u00eb mesazh edukimi dhe frym\u00ebzimi p\u00ebr pacient\u00ebt, familjet dhe ofruesit e kujdesit sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor, duke inkurajuar praktikat proaktive sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore dhe nj\u00eb qasje bashk\u00ebpunuese p\u00ebr kujdesin ndaj pacientit.<\/p><p>Ky mesazh n\u00eb video thekson p\u00ebrkushtimin p\u00ebr ofrimin e kujdesit t\u00eb integruar dhe cil\u00ebsor q\u00eb e vendos pacientin n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb \u00e7do gj\u00ebje q\u00eb ne b\u00ebjm\u00eb.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>Aktiviteti p\u00ebr sh\u00ebnimin e Dit\u00ebs Bot\u00ebrore t\u00eb Hipertensionit \u00ebsht\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim n\u00eb mes t\u00eb SP Gjakov\u00eb dhe projektit IHS. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e angazhimit t\u00eb tyre t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt p\u00ebr rritjen e vet\u00ebdij\u00ebsimit p\u00ebr SJN-t\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimeve sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.
