Ky aktivitet mb\u00ebshtet sh\u00ebrbime t\u00eb reja q\u00eb adresojn\u00eb nevoja t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb pacient\u00ebve t\u00eb prekur nga gjendjet e SJN-ve. Gjat\u00eb vizit\u00ebs, pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit pat\u00ebn mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb hulumtojn\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebna ky\u00e7e t\u00eb lidhura me IHS-n\u00eb brenda nivelit t\u00eb kujdesit spitalor dhe t\u00eb shk\u00ebmbejn\u00eb n\u00eb lidhje me aktivitetet q\u00eb kan\u00eb filluar n\u00eb vitin e par\u00eb t\u00eb zbatimit t\u00eb IHS-s\u00eb.<\/p><p>Drejtori i SP-s\u00eb n\u00eb Pej\u00eb, Dr. Fazli Shala p\u00ebrs\u00ebriti mb\u00ebshtetjen e dh\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebr sh\u00ebrbimet specifike p\u00ebr pacient\u00ebt me SJN, ku theksoi p\u00ebrkushtimin e spitalit p\u00ebr t\u00eb bashk\u00eb-kontribuuar me burimet e IHS-s\u00eb. Aktivizimi i pacient\u00ebve konsiderohet si nj\u00eb nga nd\u00ebrhyrjet me kosto m\u00eb efikase, q\u00eb i ndihmon pacient\u00ebt t\u00eb menaxhojn\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00eb s\u00ebmundjen duke parandaluar komplikimet e saj. Vendet e reja t\u00eb promovimit t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetit do t\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqen t\u00eb frym\u00ebzojn\u00eb ndryshimin afatgjat\u00eb t\u00eb sjelljes, duke prezantuar d\u00ebshmit\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb mira p\u00ebr promovimin e sh\u00ebndetit dhe edukimin sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor.
