Projekti IHS mb\u00ebshtet zhvillimin e nj\u00eb sistemi t\u00eb kujdesit sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor q\u00eb integron cil\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe qasshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e sh\u00ebrbimeve me edukimin, nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimin dhe fuqizimin e qytetar\u00ebve, duke u fokusuar tek pacient\u00ebt me s\u00ebmundje jo t\u00eb transmetueshme.
