Gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre dy dit\u00ebve, grupi m\u00eb tej shtjelloi planin nj\u00eb-vje\u00e7ar t\u00eb veprimit p\u00ebr standardet e HPH, i cili filloi jav\u00ebn e kaluar n\u00ebn drejtimin e profesor Dr. Oliver Groene, Kryeshef Ekzekutiv i Rrjetit Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Spitaleve Promovuese t\u00eb Sh\u00ebndetit dhe Sh\u00ebrbimeve Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore.<u><\/u>\u00a0<u><\/u><\/p><p>Kjo qasje t\u00ebr\u00ebsore e kujdesit sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor fokusohet n\u00eb edukimin, parandalimin, kujdesin e integruar sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor, praktikat e bazuara n\u00eb d\u00ebshmi dhe pacientin aktiv dhe angazhimin e komunitetit.
