Rishtazi, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e Spitalit t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm t\u00eb Pej\u00ebs dhe Gjakov\u00ebs kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb vet\u00ebvler\u00ebsim t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb standardeve t\u00eb HPH n\u00eb mjediset e tyre spitalore. Instrumenti i vet\u00ebvler\u00ebsimit p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet nga 5 standarde dhe sh\u00ebrben si instrument shum\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm p\u00ebr vler\u00ebsimin fillestar dhe zbatimin e k\u00ebsaj qasjeje.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Qasja HPH nuk ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb vet\u00ebm me diagnostikimin dhe trajtimin, por edhe sigurimin e mir\u00ebqenies p\u00ebrmes edukimit, parandalimit, kujdesit sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor t\u00eb integruar, praktikave t\u00eb bazuara n\u00eb d\u00ebshmi dhe angazhimit t\u00eb pacientit dhe komunitetit.
