M\u00eb 29 qershor 2023, projekti Sh\u00ebrbimet Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore t\u00eb Integruara i Agjencis\u00eb Zvicerane p\u00ebr Zhvillim dhe Bashk\u00ebpunim mbajti takimin e par\u00eb t\u00eb Komitetit Drejtues p\u00ebr t'i shqyrtuar aktivitetet e planifikuara t\u00eb projektit p\u00ebr vitin e par\u00eb, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me prioritetet q\u00eb lidhen me kujdesin sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor dyt\u00ebsor.\n\nTakimi u fokusua n\u00eb integrimin e sh\u00ebrbimeve sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore dhe planifikimin e tyre me pacientin n\u00eb qend\u00ebr, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb objektiv q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon koordinim m\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb me aktor\u00ebt vendor\u00eb dhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb, si dhe nevoj\u00ebn p\u00ebr zhvillimin institucional t\u00eb pjes\u00ebve t\u00eb projektit p\u00ebr t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur m\u00eb tej q\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e rezultateve t\u00eb pritura.<\/p>
